V-Jobs is an online recruitment application aimed at consultancies who wish to attract candidates for roles for client roles.

The system allows multiple consultants from multiple agencies or departments to manage client roles via a central site. Consultants can then receive and review candidate CV's and personal information in order to fulfil their roles.

This application is designed to help facilitate candidate matching by specifying a skill set for each role. For example, a recruitment consultant might advertise a role for a secretary whereby it is necessary to have 3 years touch typing and 2 years of shorthand experience. All candidates wishing to apply for the role would have to fill in their own corresponding skill-sets and the consultant would therefore be able to filter the applicants accordingly. All industry sectors and corresponding skill sets are fully configurable.
