Billing Wizard is an online billing platform, originally designed for a Midlands based telecoms company. Its primary function is to import text files from a variety of telecoms companies and to calculate customers bills based on a series of pre-defined (configurable) tariff matrix e.g. destination number, time of day, telecom provider etc.

Each day Billing Wizard updates its customer's pending bill with the previous days usage. Once the pre-defined billing date is reached the bill is automatically produced and the customer informed.

Customers can log in at any time and view 'up-to-date' details of their current usage and also the finalised bill once calculated. There is also the option to view previous bills for comparison.

Whilst this was primarily designed for the telecoms industry Billing Wizard can easily be bespoked to provide an online billing interface for any company or industry wishing to web enable part or all of its billing function.
