Strictly speaking Lee Cooper, Amaze and the Police have not been customers of Rainbow Solutions but customers of VISOR Technical Solutions Ltd (please click here for about Rainbow Solutions) and as the work provided very similar to that offered by Rainbow Solutions I feel it is fair to include it in this section.

A North West Police Force
In 2005 I implemented the a Stop & Search system for the Home Office to be able to track the ethnicity of those being 'stopped' and 'stopped & searched' by Police in the advent of the new legislation brought in by the Government. This software was intended to provide breakdowns by force / region / inspector / sergeant / bobby level of the ethnicity ratios of those being stopped.
Amaze Ltd
At Amaze, I worked on a number of high level projects some well known organisations including Toyota, BT, Economic and the Social Research Council (E.S.R.C). However, most of my time with this company was used to help create a new system called ISOS for BT which was designed to help locate inbound and outbound shipments with preferred suppliers such as UPS.

Lee Cooper
I spent approximately 18 months helping Lee Cooper to further bespoke their JBA System 21 solution. At the time Lee Cooper (before being bought out by Matalan) wished to consolidate their product codes across their ranges.
As you can imagine this was quite a task as the knock-on effects throughout an entire ERP system are immense: from Order Entry, Sales Forecasting & Requisitioning, Purchasing to Manufacturing, MRP and DRP to name but a few.
During my time with Lee Cooper I was heavily involved in most of these major application areas both in terms of helping to design and code the new system objects in line with the overall scope of the project. However, it was not only my technical System 21 knowledge that was useful in this role but also the business process knowledge of these areas that I had also gained during my time in the JBA Corporate Development Team.
